Yes,never mind the bloom and spray the tree with karathane,dissolved at one milliliter to a liter of water. Repeat the spray after about ten days. Also mix thiodan at two milliliter to a liter of water with second spray.

There is every possibility that the seed you procured was very old. Another thing,did you soak the seed in water overnight. This time,obtain the seed from a proper source,soak it in lukewarm water overnight and then sow.

The plant will retain only the load of fruit that it can carry. It is natural. Keep giving light but frequent irrigation,say after every three days.
