After a decade of bringing characters to life with her make-up skills,Chandigarh-based Usha Chaudhary will now don the role of a filmmaker and is all set to make a feature film under her banner Chaudhary Cine Productions. On Monday,Chaudhary was in Chandigarh to announce her maiden venture Love & Parchhai along with co-producer Ijaz Ahmed Sheikh,director Shamim Sayeed and the star cast comprising actors Preeti Singhania,Reet Sharma and Pankaj Bali. Penned by Nahid Khan,the film is a romantic thriller,and will be shot in Fiji. “I had been toying with the idea of getting into the business of producing films for a long time. Finally my production house,in association with Seven Heaven Entertainment,is all set to roll out,” says Chaudhary. The shooting of the film will commence in August and is expected to release in January next year. Sayeed,who has over 20 years of experience in Bollywood,has worked as an assistant director with notable directors such as Manmohan Desai,Hrishikesh Mukherjee,David Dhawan,Raj Kanwar,and Ajit Jaswal among others.
