Contractual lecturers list declared

The Department of Higher Education on Thursday released the result of all candidates who appeared for interview for the post of lecturer on contractual basis in city government colleges.

The Department of Higher Education on Thursday released the result of all candidates who appeared for interview for the post of lecturer on contractual basis in city government colleges. The score sheet of as many as 950 candidates short listed for 289 posts in five city government colleges is displayed on the website. The final list would be prepared by the first week on August as the Department has sought objections,if any,in the allotment of marks.

Out of total 100 marks,80 marks have been allocated on the basis of academic achievements,extra-curricular activities,publications in national and International Journal and teaching experience. A detailed break-up of marks (except for interview) has been given in the table below. If any candidate has any objection or finds any discrepancy in the marks allocated,he may bring it to the notice of the Principal,Post Graduate Government College,Sector-11,Chandigarh by 4 pm on July 26.
