Stating that the Congresss position in the country had weakened following a series of scams and the Centres inability to check inflation,All India BJP vice-president and party in-charge Kalraj Mishra urged his party to seize the opportunity.

This is the right time to reach-out to the masses to highlight achievements of the BJP government and work together for facilitating the BJPs victory in the next assembly elections in 2012,he said at his partys state unit meeting today.

Mishra also attacked the Congress for allegedly providing shelter and speaking the voice of separatists.

Referring to AICC General secretary Digvijay Singh ,the BJP leader said: Whatever Digvijay Singh speaks,its actually his masters voice. His statements are tutored either by Sonia Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi.

Speaking on the occasion,Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal accused the Centre of discriminating against BJP ruled states.He claimed that the Centre had cut down funding and made it difficult for the state to accelerate economic development.
