Chrysanthemums show from today

There are as many as 264 varieties of flowers on display at the Chrysanthemums Show at Sector 33 that is being inaugurated on Friday. Over 24 categories have been added to the show this year and number of pots on display is also more than the previous time and all have been identified. A total of 815 entries have been registered and winners were declared in different categories. The flowers by Virinder Sharma,a resident of Panchkula,bagged the title of King of the Show,Queen of the Show and Princess of the Show. Flowers by EIC Haryana PWD (B and R) was named Prince of the Show. The best flower of the show was by Panjab University.
