Prevention of Food Adulteration (PFA) Cell of Government Multi- Speciality hospital Friday conducted a raid at a sweets shop in Sector 7,Chandigarh,after they received a complaint.

Bharat,food inspector,GMSH-16 said,The complainant called us and informed that he has found a discarded blade in the eatable he ordered from the shop.

We reached the spot and took the food sample,the part of blade was present in the food. The sample will be given for the examination on Monday. Usually,results come out with in 14 days and action will taken after wards, he said.

Bharat said that the shop owner was not completely sure of the fact that the pakoras were from his shop.
