Bindra in PGI for third day running

Industrialist A S Bindra and father of Olympic gold medalist Abhinav Bindra,continues to be admitted in the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) under the Department of Cardiology at the PGI for the third day in succession on Monday. The doctors said tests are being conducted on Bindra,who complained of chest pain on Thursday last. His condition is otherwise described as stable by the doctors. Bindra was under 24-hour observation at the CCU. Bindra complained of chest pain on Thursday night when the team of Delhi police’s Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) arrested him on charges of cheating,fraud and forgery. He was admitted in GMCH then,where the ECG performed on him revealed chest pain and ruled out heart attack. He was later referred to PGI on Saturday.
