The results of Fem De Sohney Sohney Mukhde of Punjab are out and the winner is Amritsar’s Sabina Bumra. Bumra is currently pursuing her MA in English from Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in Amritsar,after completing her B.Ed from Chandigarh Group of Colleges in Landran. Keen on a career in modelling and anchoring,Bumra has participated in various college-level beauty contests. “This has given me a platform to realise my dreams though I would like to finish my studies as well.”

The contest had 2,000 entries from Ludhiana,Amritsar,Chandigarh,Patiala and Jalandhar,with 750 participants shortlisted for the finales. Navneet Kaur from Patiala was declared the first runner-up,Rubina Pannu from Ludhiana the second runner-up,Gurpreet Kaur from Patiala the third runner-up while Patiala’s Nazma Mohd came in fourth. The finale was organized at Punjab Kala Bhawan on Saturday. The event was judged by singer Baba Sehgal and TV singer-actor Meera Sharma.
