BCom forms available for download from today

Admission to BCom at Panjab University-affiliated colleges located in Chandigarh,including Department of Evening Studies,and colleges located in Ludhiana,including Shree Atam Vallabh Jain College of Commerce & Management,will begin on Thursday.

Information regarding application forms,number of seats in different colleges,eligibility criteria and reservation policy will also be available on the website (see box).

The last date to submit application forms is June 30.

Forms can be downloaded till 3 pm on June 28. Students will have to fill the online application form with at least five options of colleges in order of their preference.

Copies of matriculation certificate,10+2 certificate,category certificate in addition to a demand draft for Rs 150 (general category) or Rs 75 (SC/ST) need to attached with the application form while submitting it to Professor Suresh K Chadha,coordinator,BCom online admissions,by June 30.

Students must refer to last years cut-offs of colleges before filling up their preferences. This will help them decide the order of preference in a better way, Chadha said.

Students of Ludhiana can submit their forms at PU Regional Centre,Civil Lines,Ludhiana,by June 30.
