Western Railway to run special train between Ahmedabad and Bandra

The trains will stop at Nadiad, Anand, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Valsad, Vapi, Palghar and Borivali stations in both directions.

The Western Railway (WR) Tuesday announced it would run a special train between Ahmedabad and Mumbai, considering heightened travel demand and the convenience of passengers.

The Festival Special Train between Ahmedabad and Bandra Terminus will be run at a special fare, according to a statement from WR on Tuesday.

There will be two trips by train from 09054/09053 Ahmedabad-Bandra Terminus-Ahmedabad Special.

Train 09053 Bandra Terminus-Ahmedabad Special will depart from Bandra Terminus at 9.30 pm on Wednesday, August 14, and reach Ahmedabad at 5.30 am on Independence Day.

Train 09054 Ahmedabad-Bandra Terminus Special will depart from Ahmedabad at 8.45 am on Thursday, August 15, and reach Bandra Terminus at 5:15 pm on the same day.

The trains will stop at Nadiad, Anand, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Valsad, Vapi, Palghar and Borivali stations in both directions. This train will have third AC coaches, sleeper coaches, and general class coaches.

The booking of Train No. 09054 will start from August 14 and the booking of Train No. 09053 from August 13 from 4:00 pm at all PRS counters and the IRCTC website.
