Technical snag hits state train services

Movement of around 15 trains was affected on Friday between Nabipur-Varedia section in the state due to a technical snag,railway officials said.

“There was an incident of failure of Pune-Ahmedabad Duronto Express due to technical reasons between Nabipur-Varedia section at 04.51 hours on Friday resulting in break down of power supply and train services in down direction,” a press note released here said.

The Down line was restored at 09.15 hrs,it said. About 15 trains were delayed by two to three hours due to the incident.
