Prajapati: CBI seizes another hard disk from CID

The Central Bureau of Investigation,probing into the Tulsiram Prajapati encounter case,seized another hard disk from the CID (Crime) office in Gandhinagar on Wednesday. The hard disk reportedly belonged to former CID (Crime) head O P Mathur.

Mathur was supervising the Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case investigations being conducted by IPS officer Rajnish Rai in 2005. Mathur had seized a CD containing call records of the accused police officials from Rai before the case was handed over to IPS officer Geetha Johri.

Last week,the CBI had seized Johri’s hard disk from the CID office.
