Kisan Call Centre gets threat call

A senior manager at Kisan Call Centre here on Tuesday lodged a complaint with police saying a man had called up three days ago threatening to blow off the call centre. According to the complaint lodged with Satellite police station by Rakesh Jani,an unidentified man called from +8511203182 and threatened of killing him,his colleagues and blowing off the call centre with a bomb.

The Satellite police said the call was received by Jani on the call centre’s land line number around 12:40 am on June 20. Inspector M S Sindha said they have sought help from Crime Branch to get details of the number the caller used. “We found the number switched off. Once details of the number are procured,we will locate the caller,” he said.
