150 NSUI members join BJP

State BJP president R C Faldu and Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) state president Pradeepsinh Vaghela on Saturday welcomed around 150 members of the National Students Union of India (NSUI) joining the BJYM.

State BJP president R C Faldu and Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) state president Pradeepsinh Vaghela on Saturday welcomed around 150 members of the National Students Union of India (NSUI) joining the BJYM. Some of the members who joined the party were former officer-bearers of NSUI.

“Your future was bleak in the Congress, the BJP will give you an opportunity to grow in the party and in personal life,” said Faldu to the new entrants.

He said that their talent was going waste in the Congress, which itself did not have any future. He further added that they had taken a wise decision at an opportune time to quit NSUI and join the BJP as the Congress was “no more than a sinking ship”.

“I personally feel that no other party gives a chance for the youth to grow like the BJP,” said Rushabh Pandya, former senate member of Gujarat University science faculty,on joining the BJYM.

Gujarat BJYM president Pradeepsinh Vaghela claimed that under the Congress rule, the state suffered from starvation, price rise and corruption but it was the Modi government that gave 66,000 jobs to people through massive job fairs during the Vivekanand sesquicentennial year.
