New Delhi, Feb 11 (ANI): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday said the second phase of 'Odd-Even' formula will start from April 15 to April 30 in the national capital. The Delhi CM further informed that two-wheelers will be exempted as earlier, because the public transport is not efficient to handle large populace. Kejriwal stated that 81 percent of Delhi's population voted in favour for the second phase of the formula, adding that it can't be implemented permanently.
