Addressing the students, Kejriwal flayed the Centre over Union Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani's clarification over the death of a Dalit scholar. Irani said none of the departments were aware about how the land got transferred to ‘The Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust’.
