The Ludhiana police have reportedly questioned one Paramjeet Kaur for the murder of Sant Avatar Singh a close of aide of Namdhari sect head Satguru Jagjit Singh who was shot dead by some unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants on April 13 at Katani Kalan.
