Fair enough in Covid times: PAU Kisan Mela to go online this year

While it was not possible to let the gathering of at least one lakh farmers take place on the campus physically due to coronavirus, the varsity administration has decided not to let the Kisan Mela tradition discontinue and now it will be held online for the farmers.

There was also no formal inauguration of the mela as the PAU students union staged a dharna in front of ribbon cutting gate and took out a rally on all the roads in the university where stalls had been exhibited.
