Notably, he was elected to the Lok Sabha (lower house of the Indian Parliament) from the Mahbubnagar constituency in the 2019 Indian general election.

In the 2019 polls, Manne Srinivas Reddy secured victory by defeating the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate, D. K. Aruna, with an impressive margin of over 77,000 votes. His re-election solidified his position as a key political figure in the region.
