JEE Main 2025

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, formerly All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE), is a national level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for those students who wish to secure admission in a BTech (undergraduate level) and BE courses in the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), NITs and a few other engineering colleges in India. It is usually conducted twice in a year. In 2024, JEE Main was conducted in January and April. It is also known as the qualifying exam for JEE Advanced. The NTA will release the UG exam calendar in September/ October.

For the age limit, candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 2000. Five years age relaxation is given to SC, ST, and PwD candidates, i.e. these candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1995.
