New Delhi, Jan 09 (ANI): Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai on Saturday said that there are no changes to the 15-day trial period plan of the Odd-Even formula.He added that all the figures collected by the Environment Pollution Control Authority (EPCA) have been submitted to the Supreme Court and the court has taken time till December 11 to give its verdict.
