DAYANAND Bhaurao Patil (34),the only person injured in the low-intensity serial blasts on J M Road on August 1,2012,has been made a witness in the case as investigators did not find his involvement in the terror attack.

The man injured in the first of the four blasts and later identified as Dayanand Bhaurao Patil had told people who rushed to help him that he had picked up the plastic bag containing cake near the pandal the IAC had put up for their agitation and where a few IAC volunteers were present.
