Amruta Khanvilkar

Amruta Khanvilkar is a popular face on television as well as the film industry. She has established herself as an accomplished dancer and an actress in Bollywood and Marathi movies. The 32-year old, Pune-born girl who her career after winning the popular TV show, India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj on Zee TV in 2004 has acted in more than 20 films till date. Some of her well-known Bollywood movies are Hattrick, Phoonk 1 and 2 and Himmatwala. She is mostly famous for her fabulous performance in the Marathi cinema industry and has also appeared on TV shows like Time Bomb 9/11, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa as a co-contestant for Teen Ka Tadka along Neha Marda and the season 2 of the popular Anil Kapoor TV series, 24 earlier during this year. Moreover, she also shared the title of the winning Jodi on Nach Baliye-7 with husband Himmanshoo A. Malhotra. She was recently in news when she was announced as a judge for the upcoming show Mad-Maharashtra Assal Dance\" season 2 on Colors Marathi channel.
