Ajay Chautala is a prominent politician in Haryana and the leader of the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP), a regional political outfit that he co-founded in 2018. Born into the influential Chautala family, Ajay is the son of former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala and the grandson of legendary political leader Chaudhary Devi Lal, a former Deputy Prime Minister of India. Before founding the JJP, Ajay was associated with the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD), the party led by his father.
