Whether you’re leaving on a good note or not, the last day can be quite awkward. But, one thing that most of us wish to do is to vent out all the frustration at the parting moment. An ex-employee of Twitter took that too seriously and broke all stereotypes before saying goodbye to the social networking service company. For almost 11 minutes, US President Donald Trump’s social media account — @realDonaldTrump — was not visible.

When Twitterati could not find the 71-year-old’s official handle, Twitter Government issued a statement through its official account saying that it was nothing other than a “human error”. “Earlier today @realdonaldtrump’s account was inadvertently deactivated due to human error by a Twitter employee. The account was down for 11 minutes, and has since been restored. We are continuing to investigate and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again,” the tweet read.

The mysterious incident raised a lot of questions about how any Twitter customer support employee could be allowed to deactivate the president’s Twitter account that has over 41 million followers. Here’s the tweet that Twitter Government put out on the micro-blogging site.

One may even call it a ‘mega-error’ event on social media as Twitterati went gaga over the incident and posted hilarious tweets. What’s more, people couldn’t help but hail the ex-employee as a “legend” and a “hero”. Read these tweets that will tickle your funny bones.

Be it only for 11 minutes, but Twitterati admits to having the best time of their lives. What do you think? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
