Nil Battey Sannata wraps up

Director Nitesh Tiwari’s wife, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari wrapped up the shooting of her debut directorial, Nil Battey Sannata, recently. The background and dubbing of the film is going on currently.
The film that has been selected for the IFFI Film Bazaar in the Work In Progress Lab category, took off in May this year and has Swara Bhaskar as the main lead. Ratna Pathak Shah, Pankaj Tripathi and Ria, a child artiste, from Lucknow are also a part of the cast.
“It’s a very sweet and beautiful mother-daughter film that shows the ups and downs of human relationships. Swara is playing mother to the little girl while Ratna Pathak Shah plays mentor to Swara,” revealed Tiwari, who was present on the last day of the shoot to give moral support to his wife.
