Screen was one of the firsts to report that Karan Johar’s next directorial venture will have Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma playing principal characters. Now the title of the film has been confirmed. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is apparently a love story and will be shot in New York, London, Paris and Delhi.
Meanwhile, it is heard that Johar, who wanted to direct a period love story set against the backdrop of partition has passed the mantle to 2 States director Abhishek Verman and will be titled Kalank. But his spokesperson did not confirm this news.
