Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi and Malayalam superstar Mammootty, who have been roped in for director Uday Ananthan’s “White”, have started shooting for the film in London.

The Malayalam film will show Mammootty as an ageing billionaire falling in love with a young girl.

“This film is Mammootty’s comeback after his recent blockbuster ‘Pathemari’ and the first-time pair of Mammootty and Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi will create magic on screen,” Ananthan said in a statement.

“This is our second film with super star Mammootty and we are very happy to associate with the best in the Malayalam film industry,” Sunil Lulla, managing director, Eros International Media Ltd. added.

The film has been co-written by Ananthan, Praveen Balakrishnan and Nandini Valsan.
