Raaz Reboot audience movie review: Emraan Hashmi is the lone silver lining

Viewers gave their thumbs up to Emraan Hashmi’s negative act. For most, he was the lone silver lining in the movie. Said a viewer, “It was good to see him in a different avatar this time around. And had it not been for his presence, the movie would have otherwise been lacklustre.”

The elements of horror many felt were nothing too eerie to induce great horror. A few drew comparisons with the 1920 franchise. For the majority, many of the horror-inducing elements in the film were nothing more than average.

Music came in for good appreciation from the audience. “Like all Emraan Hashmi films, this one too had good hummable tunes and kept us entertained.” With the weekend staring ahead and competition coming from Pink, it remains to be seen how well Raaz Reboot will do at the box-office.
