Author of a book on Punjab militancy called “Dreams after Darkness”, she was a consulting editor with Asia Pacific Adaptation Network. She has also been a publishing consultant with the Asian Development Bank, Manila, and was the managing editor of “Gender, Technology and Development” , an international peer-reviewed journal of the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, for five years.
