‘SATC’ made dating difficult for Cattrall

She plays man-eater Samantha Jones in ‘Sex And The City’,who can get any man she wants but Kim Cattrall feels her onscreen character has made her dating life difficult in reality.

The 54-year-old actress feels that her outspoken character has had an effect on her own romantic life as she is trying to meet ‘Mr Right’. “It’s very difficult,” she told Ellen Degeneres,who replied,”I would think that it would be difficult,that men would be intimidated.”

“A little bit. Yeah,” Cattrall said.

The actress is promoting her latest film ‘Meet Monica Velour’,which sees awkward young teen Tobe,played by Dustin Ingram,go on a road trip to find his favourite Eighties porn star,played by Cattrall.
