Class XII student dies,3 injured on way to Board examination

A student of Class XII died while three others suffered serious injuries after their three-wheeler bumped into a private bus plying between Ghaziabad and Anand Vihar,Delhi. The accident took place while the students were on their way to their board examination centre in Dasna.

Lakshmi,(17) succumbed to her injuries. “We received information that a three-wheeler and a bus had collided and school students have been hurt. We reached the spot and rushed the students to Sarvodya Hospital. The doctors declared Lakshmi dead on arrival,” said Gajendra Singh,station house officer,Kavi Nagar. Rajesh,Kanchan and Preeti are the other injured. Rajesh’s condition is still critical. The students are from Dayawati Public School in Arthala and were going to Dasna Adyatmik Inter College to take their board examinations. The driver of the three-wheeler and the bus are still absconding.
