Trump’s shooter posted ‘July 13 will be my premiere’ message ahead of failed assassination attempt

In a message on Steam, an online platform for gamers, the 20-year-old shooter posted an ominous message stating “July 13 will be my premiere, watch as it unfolds,” as reported by Fox News.

In the aftermath of the dreaded shootout during former President Donald Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania, an investigation has now revealed that the shooter Thomas Crooks posted a chilling message revealing his plan in advance.

In a message on Steam, an online platform for gamers, the 20-year-old shooter posted an ominous message stating “July 13 will be my premiere, watch as it unfolds,” as reported by Fox News.

Thomas Crooks fired around six to eight times at the rally in Pennsylvania from a distance of approximately 400 feet which killed one person, critically injured two people and also injured Trump’s ear. Crooks was killed by a Secret Service sniper immediately after the shootout.

The report further added that the investigators couldn’t find any evidence related to a specific ideology on his laptop, which the FBI considers as significant.

Notably, the investigation team found multiple searches on his laptop related to the July 13 Trump rally, when is DNC Convention, Biden, Trump among others.

In an all members briefing of US senators, the investigators informed them that they reportedly recovered two cell phones from Crooks. His primary phone was collected from the shootout scene which had a remote transmitter, while his secondary phone was discovered at his home.

The suspect Crooks second phone had 27 contacts and the FBI is in the process of contacting and interviewing all of them, as reported by Fox News.

Days after surviving the assassination bid, Republican nominee Donald Trump appeared in Wisconsin for the Republican National Convention (RNC) and said that he refuses to change his schedule or bow down.

Trump posted on his social media platform Truth Social stating, “Based on yesterday’s terrible events, I was going to delay my trip to Wisconsin, and The Republican National Convention, by two days, but have just decided that I cannot allow a “shooter,” or potential assassin, to force change to scheduling, or anything else.”
