Russia ready to discuss ‘normal’ relations with US

Russia is open to considering proposals from the United States aimed at restoring relations to “normality,” Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Wednesday, according to the state news agency TASS.
Ryabkov also noted that Moscow is still awaiting a response from Washington regarding its request to approve Russia’s newly appointed ambassador to the United States.
