One can find some of the craziest and most elaborate experiments on the internet. Now an experiment that involves making a massive blender is raking in likes. Earlier this month, popular YouTube channel How Ridiculous, which is known for planning destructive experiments like dropping cars from a great height, created the “world's largest blender”. The channel’s main personalities Brett Stanford, Derek Herron, and Scott Gaunson then used this blender to crush or “blend” objects like a fridge, a boat, golf balls and a TV. On August 5, they posted a YouTube video that documented the process of making the blender. This video has over 2.2 million views. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_XmtrEEfhE&t=9s How Ridiculous has since posted short clips on Instagram showing how a massive TV and a standard-size fridge were reduced to shards when they were put inside the blender. Commenting on one of their clips, an Instagram user wrote, “You guys always wake-up the little child in me with your videos. I'm very thankful for that ”. Another person wrote, “Never seen someone so enthusiastic for a blender”. In June a similar video went viral that documented how YouTuber Matthew Beem and his team constructed an eight-foot-tall ‘iPhone’ that was capable of most iPhone features like clicking pictures, setting alarms, and even making transactions using Apple Pay. This ‘iPhone’ was made by formatting a large, flatscreen TV and converting it into a touchscreen. Beem also shows this ‘iPhone’ to popular tech reviewer Marques Brownlee, professionally known as MKBHD, who jokingly referred to this phone as the “iPhone 14 Pro Max Plus Ultra” and gave it a rating of 8
