Thousands of people gather at cultural events to perform the dance form, immersing themselves in the spirit of the nine-day-long Hindu festival. A video of e-commerce delivery agents, sporting their companies' respective T-shirts, playing garba together is winning hearts online, amid a sea of videos from garba and dandiya nights on social media. The viral clip shows Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, and Zepto delivery guys gathered at a cultural event in their uniform and enthusiastically performing a synchronised garba with children and women. "Your delivery partner is on your way," a fourth user joked. Recently, a video of passengers and ground staff playing garba and dandiya at Mumbai Airport ignited backlash. The viral clip showed the airport staff in their uniforms and several performers donning traditional attire dancing in circles at the airport. Another video captured the cultural spirit of Navratri in Karachi, Pakistan. Shared by Hindu influencers in the predominantly Muslim country, the video gave a glimpse of how the festival is celebrated with garba and dandiya nights organised for the community. Navratri, the nine-day-long Hindu festival, is observed first in the month of Chaitra (March/April of the Gregorian calendar), and again in the month of Ashvin (September–October) every year. The month of Ashvin ends with Vijaya Dashmi, also known as Dussehra.
