On November 1, Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted a couple of pictures of himself on Twitter and ever since he did, people can’t stop talking about them. In the photos, he’s holding a DSLR camera trying his hand at photography as he attempts to take a picture of the tiger.
These photos of Modi were captured during his recent visit to Naya Raipur for Chhattisgarh’s Statehood Day celebrations, when he launched the Nandan Van Jungle Safari there. The Prime Minister was accompanied by Chief Minister Raman Singh, for whom the ‘jungle safari’ is reportedly a pet project.
Much like Modi’s other unusual pictures, these too subsequently went viral on the Internet and people on social media are having a ball giving them different captions. There were also those who took creativity several notches up and made really punny memes out of them. Interestingly, in some of the pictures that made their way to the Internet, PM Modi can be seen posing with the tiger. And in one of them, the tiger looks away while he clicks.
“When you are mad excited about your new DSLR but the subject doesn’t cooperate,” wrote a user. “PM Modi Collecting Evidence Of His Zoo Visit In Raipur. Just In Case Kejriwal Asks For It Tomorrow,” wrote another.
