A video of a retired Indian Navy commander, who celebrated the consecration ceremony of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir by skydiving from 10,000 feet above Thailand and hoisting a Jai Shri Ram flag midair, has now gone viral on social media.
The clip shows Lt. Cdr Rajkumar’s (retd) quick descent from the helicopter, flag-raising in midair and a flawless landing.
The caption of the Instagram post by All India Radio News reads, “#Ayodhyarammandir, a former navy officer Lt.cdr Rajkumar (Retd) performs skydiving with the #JaiShriRam flag from a height of 10,000 feet in Thailand. The Naval officer who is from Theni District of Tamil Nadu is currently a skydiving analyst and skydiving instructor for sports and military personnel.” reads the caption.”

The consecration ceremony of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir was celebrated throughout India, with many public buildings and monuments being lit up. The famous Bandra-Worli Sea Link in Mumbai shimmered with lights, reflecting the picture of Lord Ram and the inspirational phrase “Jai Shri Ram”.
