‘Made me miss the birth of my child’: Man pranks SpiceJet staff over delayed flight. Watch

“The mob is growing. Once it is at optimal capacity, I will start raging,” he says. “This is very irresponsible of them. It has been so long. They should have informed earlier,” he says to a fellow flyer. The passenger, however, informs him that the airline did update them about the delay.

He then goes to a ground staff member saying, “Is there any update on the flight? It is very important for me to be on this flight. I will miss the birth of my child. My wife is in the hospital. I have to go to Bombay.” As the video progresses, he says that a few fellow passengers argued with the ground staff for him.

The said video amassed a range of reactions. While a section of users failed to figure out the prank, others shared their SpiceJet experiences. “Spicejet is the worst!!!! I had a similar experience,” a user wrote. “He should have been with his wife few days back .. not the day when his child is half out,” another user commented.

“Are people still buying spice jet tickets in 2024?” a third user commented.
