In Visakhapatnam district’s Pendurthi, a shocking incident unfolded when a man discovered a snake and its hatchlings inside his air-conditioner (AC) unit. The incident occurred at Satyanarayana’s residence. He hadn’t used his AC in quite some time. When he switched it on after a while, he was left stunned by the unexpected sight of a snake and several hatchlings nestled inside.
Realising the gravity of the situation, Satyanarayana immediately contacted a professional snake trapper, who arrived immediately to rescue the reptile and its snakelets. The bizarre incident was captured on camera, and the video has since gone viral, sparking numerous reactions. The viral footage shows the snake handler gently extracting the tiny hatchlings.
Sharing the video, an X handle @TeluguScribe wrote, “Are you turning on the AC after a long time? But there may be snakes in your AC too. A snake was found in the AC of the house of a man named Satyanarayana in Pendurthi, Visakhapatnam district, by his children. Snake catcher rescues snake and children from AC after receiving tip-off. The locals were terrified by the sight of all the baby snakes.”

The video amassed nearly a lakh views and several reactions, with one saying, “during the installation some people won’t cover AC pipeline hole with white cement due to that mistake some insects come through the hole in winter season so pls make sure after installation the hole is covered.” Another user commented, “They will never sleep peacefully on that bed.”
“Before buying an AC, make sure to check if a snake has laid eggs inside it,” a third user said.
