Dance can be a form of therapy for people who love to shake a leg. It can relieve stress and make you feel good about yourself. It is often said that one should dance like no one’s watching and this middle-aged man has proved he lives by this motto.
In a video going viral, the man is seen dancing enthusiastically in the middle of a group at Marine Drive in Mumbai. While everyone in the group is dancing, his energy is infectious and gives happy vibes like he is really enjoying himself. The man has been identified as Abhijit Shaha and he is a chartered accountant. The group is seen dancing to the song “Lat Lag Gayee”, which was sung by Benny Dayal and Shalmali Kholgade for the 2013 film Race 2.
The video has a text insert that says, “Life me bas ithna confidence hona chahiye (One should just have this much confidence in life)”. “He is really enjoying each steps,” says the caption of the video that was posted by @flutter__shutter_.

Posted on May 8, the video has received more than 3.1 million views. “Thank you very much for this beautiful video,” Shaha commented on the video. “The way he waits for the second stanza to start and do his step change—priceless!” said an Instagram user. “Watching people enjoy themselves is one of the most wholesome things,” posted another. “He’s dancing great so there’s no reason to be unconfident,” another user wrote.
