Woman criticises Mamaearth's productsA woman’s “honest reviews” about Mamaearth’s products have grabbed eyeballs on the Internet. In the viral post, the woman criticised products, asking people to throw them in the dustbin. The post also caught the attention of Ghazal Alagh, CEO of Mamaearth, who responded to it.
Sharing a photo of several Mamaearth’s products, the woman wrote, “If you see these products anywhere, immediately pick them up, throw them in the dustbin, and run away.”
Responding to the post, Alagh wrote, “Hey @Sassy_Soul_Just sorry you woke up with a lot of hate. I hope you feel better soon. I would have loved to address if there was a problem. But I couldn’t find any apart from you hopping onto a Twitter trend and finding a picture of the products.”
“Quality on @mamaearthindia is my personal guarantee, and I am here to address each and every concern that you, or anyone on Twitter might have. I am DM away and if any of my consumers have feedback or issue with any mamaearth product, I will get back to them,” she added.

However, the exchange of posts did not end there and the woman retaliated by saying, “How is sharing honest feedback hateful? As I said, you guys can’t handle honest reviews. You are being defensive here, but I’m glad that you are ready to address the issue. This is not just my experience alone, if you check people have said the same thing. Their experience has been the same.”
“And I have already shared my concerns and issues about the products. And I hope now you will listen to the concerns and problems of others like me and try to fix them,” she said.
Hey Ghazal, I’m glad that you finally woke up too. How is sharing honest feedback hateful? As I said, you guys can’t handle honest reviews. You are being defensive here, but I’m glad that you are ready to address the issue.
This is not just my experience alone, if you check…

With over 4 million views, the post amassed several reactions on the platform. While a section of social media users backed Mamaearth’s products, many agreed with the woman. “The best thing about this product is the words Mama and Earth in the brand name lol,” a user wrote.
“Exactly, absolute garbage when it comes to quality,” another user commented. “My friend is big fan of this mamaearth exfoliating facewash she says it has effectively controlled her pigmentation problem,” the third user said.
“May I know the reason? I actually for myself using mamaearth vitamin c facewash. And the results are pretty good for me,” a user wrote.
