The video has amassed more than 12 million views and more than a million likes on it.

A farewell party is an evening filled with nostalgia, laughter, and bittersweet goodbyes—an occasion every student cherishes. It’s a time when memories of school days come rushing back, friendships feel stronger than ever, and there’s excitement of stepping into a new chapter on one hand and the sadness of parting ways on the other. Now, a farewell party held at Dehradun Public School has turned into a viral sensation owing to a dance performance at the event.
In the now-viral video of the performance, students are seen flawlessly grooving to Bollywood hit number Aankhein Khuli from Shah Rukh Khan‘s Mohabbatein. The performance begins with the boys dancing solo before the girls join in. As their electrifying moves bring the classic song to life, the crowd erupts in cheers and applause.
“This is Iconic,” reads the overlay text on the viral video.
