Mahakumbh Mela, the world’s largest religious and spiritual event, began on Monday. Over 40 crore devotees, including foreigners, are expected to visit to take a sacred dip at Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, the Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati river.
As social media remains dominated with videos from the event, an artificial intelligence (AI)-generated video of prominent figures like Elon Musk, Donald Trump, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Will Smith, and others, soaking themselves at Sangam, with nearly six million views.
The now-viral AI clip begins with “Melodi”—Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Italian PM Giorgia Meloni–– taking the holy dip. The video then shows Musk, Smith, Messi, Ronaldo, Trump, Rishi Sunak, Zendaya, Tom Holland, John Cena, and Justin Trudeau performing the ritual. “Celebrities at Mahakumbh Prayagraj,” the caption on the video read.

The video garnered over three million likes on Instagram. Responding to the video, a user wrote, “This is a masterpiece. Very nicely done.” Another Instagram user commented, “Oscar Award for Editor”.
“No words to describe how happy this made me,” a third user said.
More than six crore devotees have taken a dip at Sangam in the first four days of the Kumbh Mela. This number is expected to cross 40 crore by the end of the 45-day festival. The temperature near the Sangam ghat dropped to six degree Celsius on Thursday morning, but that has not deterred the devotees from taking the holy dip.
