Fadzil confessed his allegiance to Siti Nurhaliza, a prominent Malaysian singer, affectionately known as a “Sitizoner.” He then pointed out Bangi MP Syahredzan Johan as a proud Swiftie, referencing Johan’s past social media post from November where he praised Swift’s album 1989 as one of her best. Ramli, appearing perplexed, interjected with, “YB, striptease?!” Fadzil swiftly corrected him, clarifying, “No, it’s Swiftie, Taylor Swift.”

American vlogger explores Taliban-controlled Afghanistan

Eli Snyder, an American travel vlogger, embarked on an extraordinary mission to traverse every corner of the globe, documenting his adventures for eager followers on Instagram under the handle @syndthexplorer. Presently, Snyder finds himself delving into the heart of Afghanistan, a nation under the sway of the Taliban.

The Taliban, formally recognised as the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, embodies a potent blend of Pashtun nationalism and Islamic fundamentalism. In part six of Snyder’s gripping video series, he immerses himself in the streets of Mazar-i-Sharif, the country’s third-largest city, under Taliban rule. Reflecting on his encounters, Snyder recounts hiring a private taxi driver to explore the city’s attractions, only to find himself adhering to the strict schedules dictated by the Taliban’s presence.
