While in most of the places, traffic police would give you a strong warning and penalise you with a fine, in China, something very unusual happened. A woman employee at a Chinese office was severed punished for not wearing a seatbelt while driving to work. She was taped to a wall!
Yes, horrific pictures of the lady taped to wall emerged on Weibo, a Chinese social media platform, left everyone amazed and has gone viral. The photos of the woman fastened with yellow-black tapes were posted online by a user ‘TianTianWoShiNiSanGe‘ on September 27.
In two of the images posted online, it show the woman bounded while rest of the staff continue to work ignoring her. While the third one is a notice that claimed the worker had violated the office rules that was set in April 2017. “See how poor my pretty colleague, she got found out by our boss for not wearing a seatbelt while driving!”, the user wrote as reported by the Daily Mail.
Though the identity of the woman or the name of the company has not been revealed, the notice had other unusual rules too. “Working hours are 11:00am to 5:00pm. Any late comers or early leavers will have to crawl out of the office,” the report added.
