Apple co-founder Steve Jobs and businesswoman Laurene Powell’s daughter, Eve Jobs, is tying the knot later this week with Olympic equestrian gold medalist Harry Charles. According to the New York Post, the lavish wedding will cost $6.7 million and have a star-studded guest list, including former United States Vice President Kamala Harris.

Who is Eve Jobs?

Born in 1998, Eve is the youngest daughter of Steve Jobs. A fashion model by profession, she pursued a bachelor’s degree in arts at Stanford University. Before completing her graduation, Eve attended Upper Echelon Academy in Wellington, Florida, where she trained in equestrian sports.

By 2019, she had earned worldwide recognition, ranking as the fifth-best rider in the world among competitors under the age of 25.

At 22, Eve debuted as a model in a Glossier holiday campaign, featured alongside popular names like Euphoria’s Sydney Sweeney and RuPaul’s Drag Race star Naomi Smalls. She made her runway debut in 2021, walking for the Parisian fashion label Coperni. She also graced the cover of Vogue Japan and fronted a prominent campaign for Louis Vuitton.

While she had initially planned to compete in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, she withdrew after the games were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In an interview in 2016, Eve opened up how riding horses helped her to grow as a person. “Riding always keeps you humble. It’s great to see your hard work pay off, but you have to constantly stay at the top of your game… It has taught me independence, dedication and perseverance, which I can apply to all realms of my life,” she said.
