‘Pure murder’: Now, chicken tikka masala cupcakes draw social media ire

The reel depicting the unusual cupcake, which has gained traction across multiple online platforms, shows how the snack is made. First, the chicken tikka masala is mixed with baking powder and then placed on a cupcake tray to form the shape. Next, chocolate is melted in a bowl with rice and it is spread on the baked cupcakes. And your chicken tikka masala cupcakes are ready!

While some daring foodies are anxious to sample the unusual creation, others view it as a gastronomic blasphemy. Many are also unimpressed with the cupcakes’ appearance.

The dosa, a popular south Indian delicacy, is distinguished by its golden-brown colour and served with a variety of chutneys and sambar. However, this rendition totally defied the norms.
