To mark her daughter Princess Lilibet’s fourth birthday, Meghan Markle set the Internet abuzz with a lighthearted and unexpected throwback video. On Wednesday, the Duchess of Sussex dropped a quirky video from 2021, capturing a playful moment between her and Prince Harry in the delivery ward ahead of Lilibet’s birth.

In the now-viral clip, pregnant Markle is seen dancing to the viral Baby Momma Dance Song in a hospital delivery room. Dressed in a black wrap dress, she cheerfully sways her hips beside her husband, Prince Harry, who joins in with his moves. The Duke of Sussex keeps it casual in a green hoodie and blue jeans, as the lyrics “Drop it down, drop it down down low” play in the background.

Sharing the video, Markle wrote, “Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work – there was only one thing left to do.”

The video was also shared by several Instagram handles, and many reacted to the video in the comments section. “Royalty!!! They’re just like ussssss,” a user wrote. “She got those moves.
