A cabbie from India is making waves in Canada for transforming ordinary rides into full-blown party experiences. Meet Anirudh Nayak, a Gujarat native who calls his service ‘Mini Coachella on Wheels’.

By day, Nayak works as an automotive engineer, but on weekends, he hits the road as an Uber driver, with a twist. Instead of the usual quiet trips, passengers step into a moving disco. His car is decked out with colourful lights, passengers get glow sticks or LED wands, and the music is always pumping. The idea started as a fun experiment, but it quickly took off online.

On Instagram, where he goes by @disco_rides, Anirudh has already built a community of over 1.58 lakh followers. His clips often capture strangers turning into instant party buddies, and one video even blew past 27 million views. In that one, he handed out glittery goggles to riders, and the comments poured in with praise and laughter.

The comments section on his posts is as lively as his cab. One person called it ‘Uber with Indian tadka’. Another confessed, “This is so cool but the only problem sir is, it would be veryyyy hard to get me out of the car.” Someone else wrote, “Amazing strategy!!! The girls will tip him big time, they wont go to the club anymore”. And one fan summed it up perfectly: “I would pay him extra just to drive me around.”
